How can I connect with HMI? 

I'm an HMI alum and artist and would love to collaborate with HMI on designing something for the HMI Storewho should I connect with? 

We love featuring alumni art in the HMI store! Have a great idea for a new piece of HMI merchandise? For more information on collaborations, email our Alumni & Devlopment Manager, Louisa, at lmcbride@hminet.org.

How quickly can I expect my items to ship? 

We process all orders by hand at HMI, so thanks in advance for your patience on our shipping times. In general, you can expect your items to ship within 5-7 days of placing an order. 

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?  

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send an email with your return/exchange request to alumni@hminet.org.
  2. In your email, include the reason you are returning/exchanging and if you'd like the refund to be retuned to the original payment method, or if you'd like to exchange for a different item. We will email you once your return request has been accepted.
  3. Package your items, and take them to your local post office, and send them to HMI at 531 County Rd. 5A Leadville, CO 80461. Please write HMI Store on your package in large letters so that we know it is a return/exchange. 
  4.  Once we receive your package, we will process the return/exchange!
